What a Month!
Well this looks to be a bad month for animals all around. With all RIP's being posted I thought I'd post my own tragedies.
Last week after Thomas posted about my rtb, Kimura, I came home to find him belly up in his cage. He had regurged twice in a little over a month, both times 3 days after eating. Poor baby never had a chance. I had the appointment but never had the chance to get him to the vet. He was kept in quarantine from my other animals so any chance of parasites or IBD is nill. The "breeder" I bought him from still will not answer any emails.
For the last week I've been trying to keep alive one of the 2 baby beardies I received from Thomas back in early November. He just stopped eating, Today he passed as well. Sorry Sleepy he was the dark one you liked so much.
I am happy to say that his sibling beardie is doing great, never misses a meal, and is growing like crazy! All of my other animals are doing great as well.
So to everyone who has lost an animal this month...or ever....I definitely feel your loss.

Its a shame how all these greatly loved animals have passed. I suggest not to dwell on the past and lost but to remember them and embrace them for futures to come! Take what you learned from them and apply it to your animals and new animals yet to come. My thoughts are with all you have have lossed ones..

Sorry for your loss. Keep in mind that when dealing with new borns and/or hatchlings, not all of a litter or clutch will survive. Natures over all game plan. Unfortunatly, not all breeders will hold on to animals until they are well established, weeding out the ones destined to perish.
