My snake Dillon has passed away.
The last two feedings have resulted in regurgitations two days after eating. Friday night it's attitude changed and became very aggresive, striking at anything that moved past it's cage. Then on Saturday he started "star gazing" and having trouble keeping him self righted.
Saturday afternoon it was dead.

Sorry for the loss of your boa..
I do hope you get a necropsy done to determine exactly what caused the passing...

I did not take it to the vet after the first regurg as I attributed it to either handling or conditions. The second regurg happened this past Friday and it all went down hill very quickly from there... it seemed like he lost weight and girth almost over night.
I just hope it is nothing that my other snakes will get.

It did catch me off guard.... ever notice how things like that can't happen duringa vets normal hours.
I had it since June 2nd. (He was born in early March) He was always a great eater until the last two feedings.... was very docile and great with my 5 year old.
I am going to watch the other snakes closely for any signs of something and if all is well then maybe I will get an Argentine in Richmond,VA in October.
