Cincinnati Zoo...DialUp Warning!!
These are some pictures I took at the Cincinnati Zoo in early April. It was my first real... "photo expedition" with the new camera, but all in all I was pleased with the results! I've never worked with macros before, but have been practicing.

Honestly, it's the regular lens for the camera, just using macro setting on the digi. The camera is a Fujifilm FinePix 3000, the lens is 1:2.8-3.0 6X optical... I haven't ventured into different lens attachments or filters

I LOVE it savannah_babe... I really do!! I bought a point and shoot fuji five years ago for a trip to Ireland, and it took better pictures than my Uncle's Profesional stuff that he hauled all over the country! So, when I went looking for a digi, this fuji was the one for me!!

Great pics, LMB. I have a Fuji Finepix S5000 myself, great little camera. I just need to re-learn how to use all the manual settings. Also, it seems to me that the emerald in the first pic is posing as a GTP.
