That's actually not snow, just pure ice, followed by more ice and more freezing rain and mist coupled with fog and more ice with temps barely getting to 30f....
We typically don't get the fluffy stuff here, which would be no problem to drive in... instead, this area is notorious for flat out ice coverage although it doesn't happen like this every year or more than twice a year, so not really worth investing in sleds...

i lived in georgia for 3 years and it snowed once and they closed everything. the snow didnt even stay on the ground. i was in shock since i live in michigan. we are having a snow storm right now!
