that looks like a uroplatus sikorae
a madagascan species of leaf tail.
I used to keep mine at room temps (75-7

with a 35w basking light in one corner.
Despite their being nocturnal, I still provided exposure to UV light in the form of a philips BL and a Chroma 50.
I fed them medium crickets twice a week, and had drip watering on them everyday, I had a 64oz jug that I refilled every day.
I kept live plants, (scindapsus, sanserveria, dracaena, and ficus ) and gave them a 12 hour on, 12 hour off photoperiod.
They are kinda tricky, they prefer high humidity, and in addition to the dripping water, misting once daily is a good idea.
I would recommend against trying to handle him/her, as it can really stress them out.
hope that gave you the info you needed.
Thats the short version.
