Just got this little girl in Wednesday 7/31/03. At least I think it's a girl. When she is a little more established I'll get her probed. She was confiscated from some moron, that stopped feeding her. Last time she was fed was March of this year. I fed her a mongo sized mouse (f/t) and she took it right away in full shed. As long as she keeps it down she should be fine. Sometimes I wish they gave out records of who they got them from. Would love to dish out a good old fashioned country whoopin, but only Chicago style. What bothers me even more is that she resembles one of Valentino's siblings. One had some broken up saddles similar to that. Wish i still had the pics of them.

Very nice addition, Ed. It's really though to think that your babies could be out there in bad homes. One of the reasons my mom quit breeding cats was that one of her kittens ended up in the shelter, (luckily a friend worked there), even though she always told people to call her if they ever needed to find a new home for the kittens they bought from her. It's so hard to tell sometimes if people are going to be responsible owners. At least she found her way to a good home!

Yup, she looks nice in shed. She should be a stunner when she sheds. Looks pretty healthy to me also. Did you just give her a "smaller than necessary" meal, or does she just look bigger than she really is?

I just gave her small prey to get her started. Plus the medium rats i have would be too big for her, specially as a first meal in months, she would probably regurge. She is a litle over 3'

Juggs just took the pics tonight and only had her 3 whole days now, so no shed pics yet. I will when she does. Not sure what I'm going to do with her, she actually is very sedate for being in a new home in full shed. hasn't struck at all. May end up just adding her to the harrem.lol

Just an update. She is eating well, She took a f/t medium rat soaking wet without hesitaion. Se even ate the last one while perching on the lip of her feed tote. She has a great feeding response too, didnt take her long to figure it out. After she shed I looked her over , and found that she was not one of mine, so I feel better about that.

She looks great, Ed. The first few pics make her look a lot bigger. I thought she was at least 5-6'. Kudos to you for taking her in.
