Hello!
I just wanted to give everyone a little preview of what's to come! I snapped some photos of one of our female Red Group Boas who is currently gravid so everyone who's anticipating this year's babies will have an idea of what they are waiting for! This girl here is just absolutely GORGEOUS and SUPER RED as you can see from the pictures. She's got RED on her face, RED on her sides, and she's even SUPER RED on her belly!
Now here's the real kicker: She was NOT a hold-back, raise-up BUT rather a baby that NO ONE wanted!! Can you believe that?!? She was rather plain as a baby and didn't really show any coloration. She was a left-over and we had her for sale for about 4 to 5 months with no takers. Around that time we started to notice some real nice colors coming in on her and decided to keep her for our own breeding stock. I think we made a good decision LOL!
Anyways, I just figured people might enjoy seeing what one of our breeders look like as well as the potential in these guys. She is gravid so we are expecting some KILLER SCREAMING babies from her as well as three or four other females this year! I personally can't wait!!!!
