Very easy to care for.....
A 4 wide a 3 high x 2 deep cage for a single adult..... no special lighting required. Temps in the upper 70's to low 80's. 14 hour day/10 hour night cycle.
Feeding is even easier..... she eats two or three night crawlers every other day.
The HMD is almost entirely arboreal and does not require any type of UVB lighting or calcium supplements. (The worms give her all the calcium she needs.)
She is not very active but the cage looks great with all the "fake" greenery in it though.
Most of the ones in the pet trade now are wild caught so buy from a reputable dealer!
