Today\'s Catch...

Cool in the mid 40's with light rain. Oh well, I tried to make the best of it.....

Despite the cool weather, the spring peepers and chours frogs were calling. Found this sub-adult Pseudacris feriarum feriarum (Upland Chorus Frog).



Also found a few of these Millipedes (Narceus americanus). This guy is about 4 inches long.

Ours are alittle more purpleish color, same size and very cool to keep as a pet.... Still wonderful shots!!!!!!!! The Pseudacris triseriata have been calling here for a little over a month. I have some horrible pictures, but I won't embarrass myself by posting them [img]modules/Forum/images/smiles/icon_wink.gif[/img]

Ours have a little more prominent dark line behind the eye.
