I took these today. I think they turned out very well. I'll probably add one or two to my website. Let me know what you think!

Yeah, Bry, I was wondering the same thing....did he steal from the mob? They will break your fingers for that

I'm particularly fond of the last picture...awesome lighting and scalation detail. Great job as usual Celia!
Owen was at the Nor. Cal. Herp meeting last night. Did a good talk and it was fun to see "Spot" (for those who don't know "Spot" is a pretty darned big, gentle Water Monitor!). 'Bout time for me to head down to EBV one of these days!
Have you ever considered doing a photo presentation of assorted herps for the various herp societies in Nor. Cal.?

Hey Everyone!
Sorry for the delayed reply...I gotta remember to check back more often!
Bry and jpaulson -
The geckos toes are just that way when they walk. The little guy was taking a step forward but it seemed like he was doing it in super slow motion for some reason or another so I just captured the opportunity LOL! You can see this on some other geckos like Bent-toed Geckos in particular.
SteveP -
Glad you were able to hear Owen speak. I wanted to go to the talk myself but couldn't make it. I did get a few emails from those who did attend letting us know that they enjoyed the talk so that was nice. As for doing a photo presentation on assorted herps for herp societies, the thought had never crossed my mind although it would be something that I think would be interesting and I wouldn't mind doing something like that at all! I don't know how I would go about doing that though...guess I'll just wait and if someone asks me, then we'll see
Thanks for the compliments everyone!
Celia
