The very center of the "funnels" was rotating and going away from the ground...like looking at a tornado from above. The entire sky as far as we could see was filled with strange clouds for about two hours. According to the weather forcasters, there wasn't any danger and we didn't feel threatened while fishing...it was really impressive in person.
