The first one is during shed, actually, and the second one is post-shed. 
I told him, shortly before that first picture, "If you ever shave your head again, I'll shave my head."
Seems to have done the trick. Until I put his hair in the world's tiniest pigtails last night after he asked me to brush his hair.... Then he told me to just shave my head after all. >.> So I took the pigtails out and pouted.

Two of my neices and myself 4 months ago.
This is our boys 3 nighter up at Round Lake, here in the Uintahs which are in Utah. It was a 4 mile hike in and just a lot of fun.
