Max is a sweetie, but after "playing anaconda" (he poops in his water and then flips it over and then crawls through it) he stunk and needed a bath. Brett, Rob and I carried him to the tub and he got a bath. He likes to take a bath but he also likes to knock the shampoo and conditioner over so after picking it up four or five times I decided it was time to go back downstairs. Brett was cleaning out his cage so he wasn't able to help at the moment.
Question: How do you get a 12 foot burm downstairs by yourself??? (Just so everybody knows..I don't handle him by myself for safety reasons, I just thought I'd get him on his way to where he needed to be)
Answer: You let him go by himself and you steer him along the way! [img]modules/Forum/images/smiles/icon_rolleyes.gif[/img]
I was worried that gravity would take over and Max would just go "thump, thump, thump" down the stairs so I tried to help him as much as I could and he got back to his clean cage just fine [img]modules/Forum/images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif[/img]

Well at least Megan brings the HUGE snakes down them stairs in a more suitable manner than juls does. LOL When I was down there and had Monty with me [ 15'+ burm] and we had her in the tubbie upstairs...Juls got her back downstairs by carrying her front end and letting her back end just follow down the stairs. I was waiting for her to give him a thump for that one..hahah
