Misc pics(Iowa flood, new ink)(DUW)
Here's some pics for viewing. After 6yrs of being out I finally decided on the OOhhh Rahh tat I wanted, of course I'm not a photographer and it is through the mirror, the dates are 1994-2002. Few pics of the flood here on the south side of town. Also what's left of the road I use to travel to work on. The Legion has a 4' wall around it and we ended up having to put three rows of sandbags on top. 24 hr manned for over a week, to keep the 8 pumps running. We just spent 27 G's to replace the dance floor. I say we because I am the vice commander there. We(family) are mid way up through town so no worries here. I also volunteer at the FD, that absolutely sucked knocking on doors and telling people we had to evacuate them!! All is good I haven't heard of any unrepairable damage within town.

Re: Misc pics(Iowa flood, new ink)(DUW)
Thanks it took her 4hrs. I got a pretty good price I think she would rethink the price next time, lol.
We didn't get hit near as bad as some of the other cities, and alot were in a 500yr flood plan and didn't have flood insurance. Radio said something like half, 2000, homes flooded in one town will have to be demolished. Somebody really P-OOO'd mother nature. We got hit by an F5 then a few weeks later when the floods started a boy scout camp got hit by a tornado and killed four of them. Keeps this up I'm going to have to build an underground fort to live in.
