Re: Some of the wife's flowers
Man, I haven't seen Azaleas since I left Texas in 2005. I miss them! When I lived in Alabama, my family and I did the Azalea Trail Run every year. Ahh, good times.
Also, the Bleeding Heart flowers are one of my favorites. We have those here in Colorado too.
What kind of camera are you shooting with? How many megapixels?

Re: Some of the wife's flowers
This is my first digital camera and I'm not skilled in cameras or photography. With that knoweldge (or lack thereof) I asked many people and did some research before getting this one: Sony DSC-H7/point and shoot. It takes still images in HD and is 8.1 megapixels.
I really like the camera and have only one complaint. When the flash is used some colors can be off a little. In natural light it is spot on by my eye. There is probably a way to correct the flash/color issue, but like I said; my skills are low. To see what I mean about the flash issue, you can see a difference in the blue to purple on a couple of photos in this thread: Siberian Iris
The picutes that are not quite as dark (purple/blueish) were flashed. The other pictures are a better reality. If you know how to fix it, please teach me.
