LMAO. That was a Sonoran X Pastel Boa... 18 months old and really gentle, but it was my own fault as i didnt wash my hands before i tried to change the water, and i was cleaning out rat cages before...my own fault really... She is a bit nippy, but has never drawn blood, until that day... Gosh i just stood there flabbergasted, while she hung on my hand, i think she got more of a fright than i did....

Thanks for the nice comments, I currently have 24 snakes and by tomorrow afternoon, 25, as i collect my female suriname. I have 10 X Boas, 4 X Royals/balls, 4 X corn snakes, 5 X African house snakes, 1 X Yellow rat snake crossed with a corn.
They all keep me busy, but all well worth it...
This is what my Garage loks like at the moment, just temp, as we are moving soon and ill have my own snake room...
Then there are still 4 Vivariums in my bed room with house snakes in and corns.... space starting to run out, so come on move.... |

That is a Ceramic plate with reflector, It came with one of the snakes i purchased a while back, the guy used it to heat a 8ft cage, it works real well, gets hot quick, but keeps temps stable... I made the mesh cage so that my snakes dont get burnt, that believe it or not, stays cool and protects my little babies...
