thank you all so much, yes, my Conan is a beautiful and amazingly sweet snake...[img]modules/Forum/images/smiles/icon_smile.gif[/img]
He's my lil nerd...lol.
I have to make new pics of him...hehe, they are just hard to make, because everytime i take him out, he seeks out my hands and stays close to me, and he is getting to big to make such "closeups"...lol
he is the only snake i can take out and watch tv with...or just read in bed...he NEVER takes off..just cruises a little but comes right back and sticks his head under my hands...LOL. I know he doesn't "love" me, just seeks warmth and security, but its still very cute...

on a more serious note (lol), does everyones blood do that?
When i first open the cage, Conan starts panting....his whole body is quivering....(the fat...lol), and i can feel his breath from across the cage.....then he relaxes when i pick him up...
i have heard a few people say their blood does that, just wondering if thats just a "blood trait"...
Conan was also a rescue, the people i got him from got him in a trade for rodents, and they didn't even know what he was....he was a itty bitty thing then....hehe, that didn't last long...
he gave me a little grief about switching to frozen thawed at first, but other then that he has always been a easygoing, healthy snake, and ever since he took frozen thawed, he pounds his food and can never get enough of whatever i throw at him...and it is MOST amazing to see such a fat snake strike so lightening fast and incredible hard!!!
He still makes me jump every time he does that.
I never thought i would keep a blood...their bodyshape just didn't appeal to me, but once i saw the formerly tiny and scrawny lil Conan, i couldn't resist taking him home, and i love that lil nerd dearly. Now i think he looks just awesome and is a wonderful snake.
