like eddie said in your "test" post. You can't upload photos from your harddrive. They have to be on the web somewhere that allows linking. Printroom allows web hosting of photos..as does our very own rtb photo albums. then once up you just open the photo and right click on it...go to properties....copy the url....come back here and write what ya want...then click the image button below and paste the url into the little box that pops up.
