Hi everybody (Hi Dr Nick!)
I just upp'd some pics to my photo album of pictures I took this past weekend at the San Diego Zoo. That place is huge! I hadn't visited in about 10 years, and surprisingly, the zoo still looks good (all be it depressing that I have to go to a man made facility to view such magnificent creatures!) Thankfully, the people that run the zoo are top notch, and most everything looked well taken care of (Unlike many other so-called-zoos!) Even with large enclosures, I felt sad to see that most of the animals were content (if I can say that) to use only 10-15% of their available space. The reptile "house" was very cool, and impressively large.
Well, I am off my high horse, so take a look if you are interested. One picture was not from the zoo, but rather from the IRBA show which was also conveniently located in San Diego. I had a great trip, even though my friend (who I went to visit) is a bum! Ohh well, you can't win every time... Enjoy the pics!
