I think he has a really unusual pattern on his head. The bands don't go all the way around his body, he looks mostly black underneath. Anyway, when I get some decent pics of him I'll post them here for all to admire. I might even enter him for `snake of the month` he's so handsome.

its a banded cornsnake.....well thats what it said on the label anyway, but you can't be 100% sure what your buying . I just thought he was lovely , whatever he is.
