New addition to the family....
Well, my wife and I went to the White Plains show today, and found somebody that we wanted to take home with us.
Morrolan
He is an anery boa with a chance to be het for albino.
Got him from CV Exotics from New Hampshire.
He is currently chilling out in his new home. (figuratively...the hot side is running 88°F) I'll give him about 3 days and then see if he would like a rat pup.

Well, he is still in the same pose as in the top photo, only turned to face the other way. Still breathing and flicking the tongue. I might take another picture to show the little wound we found on him. Looks like it is healing well though.
While we were holding him and getting his new home ready it was obvious he has no concept of gravity.
Also, this is a chance to get my wife over her nervousness about snakes. She was bitten in the face by Aliera and I didn't realize I was being overly cautious about her holding them afterwards. This way she can handle Morrolan as he grows up and gets used to holding snakes.
In my defense, Aliera was awfuly spazzy for a while there.

Well, here is a closeup of his head. I'm not sure what caused the wound, but it doesn't look that fresh. When I start handling him again, I'll be putting plain neosporin on it to help it heal.
