It is a Guyanan BCC. There were 3 in that "litter" or "clutch" or whatever that were striped, and the stripes were almost exactly the same. I'm not sure if it is genetic or not, but hopefully I will be able to try and breed him when he gets old enough to find out.

I hope you have f/t terrorists so it can eat when it gets full grown (lol) . BCC's tend to get bigger in general then BCI's. Just to give you an idea, here is a peruvian BCC

I know that BCCs get larger than BCIs, so I will be having a custom enclosure built for him once he starts growing. He is about 3 and a half weeks old and 22 inches long. Since he is a male, he *shouldn't* get as big as the one in the pic above. However, if he does, I will make sure and have adequate space. Hopefully I will be able to breed him in the future to find out if he is in fact, genetically striped.

I will figure something out. And if it gets to the point that I cannot provide everything he needs, I will find someone who can.

Talk to ED about animals who get to big for comfort and put up for adoption. Most people see a little newborn and don't realize the circumstances behind that cute neonate. I don't mean to bash you but i think you should have done some research before purchasing a snake which you might have doubts on. I am just trying to look out for the well being of this reptile and taking care of it is a HUGE responsibility IMO.

I don't see it as bashing, and I will be able to provide for this animal. I might have come off as not doing my research, but I was trying to say that if the day ever came that I could not for any reason provide for all of this animal's needs, I would find help. I know that it will get large.
