I want to take pictures
I want to take some pictures of all my snakes. And post a big thread about it. But first, help me! I'm a poor photographer, what kind of naturalistic or materalistic colors will bring out the pink of a Suriname, the Black and Gold of a Burmese, and the peach, silver, and gold of a Columbian?
Thanks!

Re: I want to take pictures
my tanks that i have my boas in look so nice with the red and orange lights at night and everytime i took a picture they look so crap. i am bad with cameras and did not even have the sense to disengage the flash. experiment with and without flash you may be very surprised.................i still have not figured out a way to truly get the colors of my suriname. the camera or should i say my photography skills do not do any justice.

Re: I want to take pictures
Photos will look 100% better IMO if you take them outside, with natural lighting. Green backgrounds are great, but my fav. backdrop is Black.

Re: I want to take pictures
I can never seem to bring my Suriname's pink out when I'm outside. But thinking about it, taking a picture of him around dark soil might be a good idea. I will try that.

Re: I want to take pictures
All the pics that i posted tonight, which is a bunch, were taken outside. It was the first outdoor photo session for me and by FAR the best results, pic wise, that I have ever had. So, I would agree with everyone else and say take them outside.
