Nikon digital camera service advisory - E5700, 3100, SQ

This advisory has been out awhile, but has not been widely publicized...

Nikon, USA has offered to repair, FREE OF CHARGE, certain problems on the CoolPix 5700, the CP3100 and the CoolPix SQ. Visit Nikon's website (http://www.nikonusa.com/email_images...rvice_form.pdf ) for more details.

BTW, they just cleaned and repaired my CoolPix 5700. Total turn around was just under one week. NO CHARGE!

This advisory is NOT for the lens extention motor failure.

I can'r get the file to open. I think thats what my brother has though. His camera has lots of problems too
