Scales and Tails
Well I'm looking into getting a spider from one of the guys from Scales and tails. Has anyone gotten any snakes from them before? When your spending a few hundred, I'd like to know of others experiences XD So far they've seemed very nice to me

Re: Scales and Tails
Where do you live? We have 3 Scales and Tails stores in Denver and I've gotten all my snakes there. Would be glad to chat with you about them some time, but don't know if it's the same establishment you're talking about.

Re: Scales and Tails
Well, the Scales and Tails here is an actual shop, independently owned, so I don't know if it's the same as the online one. The first snake I bought was a Guyanan baby girl. She died. They did give me store credit, and eventually I bought another one, a young Colombian girl, and eventually another Guyanan. They are both doing great. The store is much better than the pet stores, though that's not hard to do.

Re: Scales and Tails
No, these are locally owned and independent shops. I think the owner's name is Rick. Probably not the same place.

Re: Scales and Tails
The current ones I have now, yes, very happy. The first one that died had apparently regurged at least once before I bought her but the previous manager had not told me that. The people who work there generally know what they are doing, but they have given me bad advice on occasion, and their cages are not the cleanest. I still think it's the best place in town to buy a reptile.
