Julius,
Went down to Reptile Warehouse today and found out Mark is going out of business. I am sure you heard already, huh?
Am thinking of buying one or two of his snakes off him, but don't know him that well. I have done business there before, but not for snakes. I know my impression of him personally, LOL, but what about his care for repts?
Please let me know soon!!

The only reason HONESTLY that I have ever bought anything there is because I am pretty good at rehabbing them ...watch for parasites. He gets a lot of wild caught stuff in and they swap stuff around in cages all the time and I have never seen a cage wiped clean in there...what kind of snake are you looking for?

Julius,
I personally think he keeps his repts. too cool...probably a selling point...repts. are usually calmer when they are cool.
I would be interested to see what snakes you have to offer, and to see your collection. As far as what kind, it varies. I was eyeing a blood python that he has, 1 year old. I picked it up and she was fine. What scared me was that from my knowledge on blood's, very few are tame. Maybe she is sick?
Page me when you get this message, and we could talk about what ya got?

Thanks,
J

by the way, my outlook express is not working, so I cannot e-mail ya, or get any. Hopefully will get fixed in the next day or so. That's why I gave you my pager number. I trust and respect others on this site to not use my pager, unless you are a local Georgia herpie!!

"Local Georgia Herpie"?????
Is that one of those diseases where you get deported if you are found to be carrying?

you know, i read this post before but it just sunk in now. i cannot STAND Reptile Warehouse. only been there once and the water bowls were filthy, there were dead pinkies that were rotting away in a few enclosures, etc.

i actually called the DOA on them twice. i'm glad they're going out of business and i would highly recommend you purchase nothing from them. when i went there, most of the animals did not look in good shape or health and from the conditions they were kept in, i can't say i was surprised.
