Rodent Pro order

Hi folks,

Got in my first RP order today. First the good parts, They were delivered when they said they would be and the rats looked decent.

Now, the not so good - The whole nation has been in a heat wave, and I think that calls for extra dry ice. When I opened the box, not a hint of dry ice was left, and while the rats were still frozen, they were just starting to soften a bit.

I'm a HUGE fan of Big CHeese Rodent Factory, but they've been out of Large rats and RP was having a sale (I know, I know) so I gave them a try.

Big Cheese's rats are significantly bigger in each size class, come neatly vacuum packed, are clearly labeled with a paper label that doesn't rub off, and are shipped with more urgency.

All in all, I guess I'd use RP again in a pinch, but I am going back to Big Cheese as my supplier of choice.

Never had an issue with rodent pro personally, always been some ice left in the box, not a lot, but it never really mattered.

On reason I stick with RP is if you figure up the total, with shipping, the cost comes up less per rodent than any other place I looked at.

Granted, the vacuum packed would be nice, but the only rodents I have ever had get freezer burn was fuzzies or pinks *shrug*
