anyone dealt with these guys?
this is the story..
i ordered my hogg island boa way back in november/december.. it was borderline too cold for them to ship, so i decided to wait til it got warmer. their policy is that they dont guarantee anything shipped under 35 degrees.
so anyway.. for the past month, it has been in the 40s'50's60's here in nj, and in niagra, ny as well (where they r located).. still no call or email as to when it would go out (they said they would call or email 24 hours in advance).. i try calling their toll free number numerous times daily, no answer.. i try IM'ing them on AOL/AIM daily, no answer. i try emailing them daily, no answer. i post the problem on their website forum, and it gets deleted and i get no answer. what's up? i paid for the snake in full the first time, so its not like there is any problem with that..
very disappointed with them.

How did you pay them? Try the faunaclassifieds.com chat room. I know I have seen hime there before. He got angry with me one time when I was talking about people that sell retics to irrisponsible people. I never even singled him out and he got defensive. Oh well. If you paid paypal or through a credit card, you should be able to file a complaint. If you are ever planning a trip to the area where they are, a visit would be your best bet. I bet of you get ahold of hiom he will make up some sort of reason why he hasn't contacted you yet and try to make you a deal on something else because he sold you hogg you purchased already. Just my oppinion on them

It may be worth it to become a paid member of fauna classified and post your problem on the BOI(board of inquiry) which will get answers almost instantly.

If they're THAT bad at service, they shouldn't even be in business if they're ripping off people, which is kinda what it seems like they're doing.
I would go pay a visit to them in person.
