To be able to participate there, yes you have to pay.
BUT you can always JUST READ, find the post where that one guy posted HIS email address, and email him...at least you will be on the list of people that have been ripped off.
There is a lot of activity going on that has nothing to do with the BOI. People will hire a lawyer, yet other people are donating into the fund for legal help.
You have to at least try to get on that list.
