I placed an order with cheap snake hooks on Dec 22, paid via pay-pal. I have been e-mailin them and leaving voice mails(atleast 10 of each). They have not returned a single one, filed a dispute with pay-pal and the co. said the mailed it out on the 7th, gave me a tracking #, usps has no record or never picked up.



So pay-pal is saying its out of there hands since they shipped it.





My advice stay away from these kids, they are a joke.

They sell on ebay too....or try to lol. I sell circles around those guys. I've seen their hooks too. They are crap. If you want a good one, send me a PM.

I had someone on ebay do that to me once---a while ago---and I proceeded to email all the ID's I could that were bidding on his stuff to alert them to the whole thing.
He eventually paid me back my money.

I would take a screen shot of the USPS site saying that there is no record of the tracking number. And, scan in any documentation you can get from the USPS as to the non existance of the tracking number. If Paypal gets the inclination that they only gave you that number to get them off their back/ and keep their money, then they will refund yours, and charge them for it. My wife is a hard core ebayer, and is dealt with paypal for years, and any time there has been a problem with a seller, they have always good about refunding to the seller first, then sorting it out later. They have always been first to take up for the buyer. If need be, call them up and speak to someone, explain the situation, and provide any documentation you can to prove the tracking number they gave is bogus.
