Well great service from the supplier and really bad service from the shipping company.... Here's the story. We emailed PM Herps about a borneo blood we were interested in. Within an hour he emailed back. This went on and on for about 20 emails. We decided to purchase the female. A really nice one and worked out the deal. He shipped it overnight with Airborne Express. That's when the trouble began. They sent her to Ohio. That's all good if you live in ohio. She didn't leave ohio until 2AM the day after she was supposed to be with us. During this hole ordeal both us and PM Herps called everyone we could get ahold of to figure out what was going on. We got several different crap stories. Anyway so the package is marked with call upon arrival. They get the package at 11AM. About 2PM we call and they have to go look to see if they even have it. We knew they did cause we were tracking it online. So we get her home and she seems to be ok. PM Herps emailed us and said he got Airborne to refund the shipping and he would be sending a check. He also said to keep an eye on her for 2 weeks to be sure she's ok. Most people won't guarantee anything for more than 24 hrs. That's what I call service. Sorry about writing a book. Also I would like to say that this is not a singular experience with Airborne. We have dealt with similar problems all three times we have had something shipped to us, and the supplier used them. [img]modules/Forum/images/smiles/icon_cool.gif[/img]

Really glad to hear she arrived alright! I'm always really nevous when I'm dealing with sending snakes places.....
