Sorry for your loss...but I think your vet was a bit quick to scream IBD. There are many causes for such neurological problems. Overheating during transport or shipping? any number of pathogens picked up from the boa she's romping around with in the photo? Ball pythons are from Africa. Boa Constrictors are from South America. Either snake can easily pick up a disease from the other due to lack of natural immunity... kind of like how Europeans wiped out many villages in Africa just from visiting there, spreading diseases that to them were nothing but to the native Africans were deadly because of no built up immunity. Snakes from different continents should never come in contact with each other. I have seen many large collections die off with no other logical explination than someone shruging off quarantine.

I read your deleted post blu and had to delete my original response. Was it really so wrong to describe what the Post mortem reported?
I'm very sorry things happened as they did. If it's gone legal then good luck to you.

CheshireCat, Jonny... if you read the link I provided it may give you some insight as to what he posted here and why he removed it.

I have settled things with Steve from Serpents Den that's why I Removed it and I put for legal reasons because we now have a legal agreement that we settled on. That post was not made by me anyway! It was made by my girlfriends stepfather. Not like it's anyones buisiness but yes I do use his computer to access the internet. that's where they came up with the trolling stuff and why they booted both him and me off of the BOI.
