Hey thanks for the tip... I also thought the poop was too runny. if fact the day before, there was a round half dollar size of diarrhea... I saw her drinking, but I bet she couldn't keep up. I too will get district managers involved. Has your 2nd snake proven to be ok?

what a bummer...I wish you the best of luck dealing with petco...personally, I would settle for nothing less than a full refund. Escalate it as far up the corporate structure as you have to. At some point they realize that the time they spend dealing with you ends up costing them more than the refund and just give it. It doesn't hurt to remind them of that either. This is when you can take advantage of the fact that all they care about is the almighty dollar
As far as getting another, I would definetly recommend the people here that breed. Depending on how soon you want to get back into it, there are several litters that just arrived, and I know of a few that are expecting...

OK..I moved this post into the pet store forum..Thought it would have more input there than the rip one.
I agree with the others [ and also thought it was petco you bought from before getting to the post ya siad it was even also]. You need to follow through on making sure you get your funds back from them. Don't settle for less !
