I'm no expert on blue tongues, but it looks to me like an Irian Jaya, Tiliqua scincoides ssp. is how you usually see them listed. I'm not even sure of the exact ssp, because Tiliqua scincoides scincoides is the Eastern Blue Tongue, from AU.
