By the time a beardie is full grown, they are on an 80% vegetarian diet. Not much action there.
I'd say Monitors-the big ones-Niles are a bit nasty, not really Savannahs or Ackies-they are smaller and pretty even tempered.
Gila Monsters..lol. Komodos and Water Monitors will give you some serious action as far as eating goes, but it may be your arm...
I'd try for the Ball myself-all the lizards small enough to get parental approval won't be as blood thirsty as you may like.
