Yes, I've used these before, but I hadn't noticed the lizard forum at that time.. *glee*
Here's Roxie, Felix, and Sherbet all named in order of appearance. The first two are juvie chinese water dragons, male and female, and Sherbet is a two foot long african plated that I adopted last week.

Water dragons are cool. Thanks for the pictures. Is a plated lizard like a skink?

Yeah, they look veeery similar. I'm not sure if you care for them the same way, though. Probably distant cousins or something. :P
A lot of places on the web describe them as being 'impossible' to handle, but she's way easier than the dragons. She's very content to stretch out on you and chill. Maybe they meant the juvies. >_>

Thanks! I admit I was a little intimidated when I discovered that they needed such specific humidity levels and heat and the like. ( My first was a rescue. ) But I think we've all adjusted well.
You can't see it from the pic, but the little boy has snout damage. Part of it's missing and his little teeth are exposed. He still eats well and I keep a triple antibiotic ointment on it, so I think he'll be fine. I got him from a PetCo that only seemed to employ highschool kids with no pets, so he was in pretty bad shape. ( I work at a petco, but all of us who work there think all the other petcos in the area are retarded. we're hardcore! XD )
