Help re pregnant Berber Skink

Hi

I have had my berber skinks about two months. One of them started getting very fat and the vet is 99% sure its pregnant. I can't find out if they are vivipars or have eggs. If they have live young what do I need to do (I'm ok if she has eggs I've had plenty of advice on that).
Also how long is the pregnancy? Any advice would be great.

Berber's skink, Novoeumeces (Eumeces) algeriensis, is an egg-layer. Incubate the eggs at 28-30°C. Incubation should take about seven to ten weeks.
