i want some lizards
i would like to get some lizards, i have an iggy but i want something smaller and very active. I have a space thats 5x3 that im putting a big cage in and i want to fill the nook up, lol. I want something that when i put the crickets (or watever they eat) that i can sit down and watch them go at it. I like Tokay Geckos but i heard they were extremely mean. Or how about Collard lizards. Im not into beardies or leos for some reason tho

Shame you don't like beardies, cos that's my recommendation. What about a crested gecko, they're adorable.

i like the tropic type lizards more, plus i want something i can sit back and watch for a while, it doesnt matter if its handable or not. I just want something to look at and watch. I love to watch any animals and i thought a lizard was the way to go. i was thinking some sort of monitor, but is a 5x3x2 enough for a savanna?

nah thats too small.
I'm sure you could set up a huge breeding colony of african fat tailed geckos, they are quite impressive, and before they pounce on their prey, they tend to shake their tails.

No on the Beardies...hmm...I would agree on a couple of cresteds...goodness with that much room you could have oodles of them....Tokays are rather bad tempered, but it's fun to watch them eat, they're very aggressive eaters. Most geckos are nocturnal, so they wouldn't be very active til nighttime, I guess it depends on when you will be around to watch them. Maybe a Water Dragon? Flying Geckos are also very cool, but be wary of the breeder/store you get them from since they tend to be wild caught. That's all that comes to mind at the moment, I'll keep thinking though.

not a good idea.
Green waterdragons are VERY fragile.....I could tell you stories you wouldn't believe. Basilisks are even worse....trust me here.
Try not to go in this direction--you'll be sorry within 10 months --and that's if your lucky.
