Plumed Basilisk
I was thinking about getting a Basilisk in the not to near future. I have read some things about there care, but I was wondering what there temperament is.

our do not like to be held at all....u cant even look at them with out them wanting to bite u...lol....i cant speak for them all but ours arent tame at all!

we have the brown
Males can reach 32 inches in length and females are somewhat smaller
ibelieve the green ones get bigger!

Yea, I was wanting to get the green ones, but I wanted to know more about there temperaments before I started making the plans to get one. From the looks of it not many people know to much about Basilisks'. Your the only one who has replied.

I have friends who have them (greens) and they require a huge cage and pool to thrive...and for the most part they aren't very friendly animals/
Their requirements mirror a green waterdragon except for the cage size.
