It's not bad at all - but last year I had ZERO problems, lol. All 3 of my babies ate perfectly from the first time on. I dunno, though, I'm very optimistic that this one will fall in line and eat just fine.

I wouldn't get any gray hairs over it yet...still pretty early? Some snakes start off with more reserves too? Hope it's nothing...but you gotta expect a slacker now & then!

Yeah, I'm a firm believer in that "starve em a little" theory. I'll let the little guy go a week and a half or so and then re-introduce the fuzzy, it works with dums for me almost every time. I'm very pleased, though, I seem to be blessed with awesome baby snakes (as for as feeding goes) for the most part.
