Irontail, my 5 yr rainbow just got this nice big branch added into his tank.
I think it is safe to say it's his favorite place in the tank...
he sleeps on the warm end behind the terracotta planter, then every night since
I put it in there he has been up on his branch (except for a few days after eating)
These pics were taken about a week apart...
I think he's "happy"
