Another Rosy Question

First the set-up: I just adopted a neglected rosy boa, and I fed it a fuzzy on Friday. I would estimate that it's 1/2 to 3/4 grown. Before I get it, it had went at least a month without eating.

My question: How often should I feed it? And when the fuzzies are gone, should I try to give it a mouse? I would post a picture if my camera was working to give an idea on its size, the pic I posted before didn't do a very good job of it.
