From a lot of what I've been reading about rosy boas I'm not sure if central Florida has the proper climate for one to thrive. It seems that they need fairly cool night temps. and low hummidity, both of which, I don't have. So, should I reconsider this snake for my next pet? Anyone here in FL that does well with them?

I have known of people in Fla that do ok with Rosy's,
just provide a smaller water bowl, and provide a good dry heat, CHE do that pretty well.
A little humidity isnt going to kill them, I known people who kept Rosy boas in the same room with tropical pythons and boas and they did fine.

im from south fla and my rosy is fine. i keep her temp around 86 during the day, and a little cooler at night. just provide a water bowl big enough for him to soak in, not drown..lol and do some reaserch on heating and such. everyone has their preferences. takes pracitce once you do some research you will get the hang of it.
