BRB question
Just a quick question. Like almost all snake owners, I just can't wait till me 5 month old BRB female gets bigger! Shes about 25 inches long, and I feed her a fuzzy every week on the dot. Her temperatures are 85-90 hot side and 79-80 cool side. Her humidity is about 60-70%. I just can't wait till she gets big.
To my fellow BRB owners or annyone who might know, do you know what the average growth time is till full grown? how fast the grow?
thanks!!!

Temps on hot side should not exceed 85.
Fuzzy mice or rats? Should be feeding rats. Our BRB went from rat pinks, to rat fuzzies, rat pups, weaned rats and is now eating small rats. They grow plenty fast on a rat diet.

Rats? I give her fuzzy mice, i worry about anything bigger cause she isnt all that thick. Actually quite slender. I have my Suri on rat pups, they are huge compared to her!

Yes. Rats. She could handle Rodent Pro rat fuzzies right now. BRBs can handle meals 1 1/2 times their girth. Squeezer has said this about 1,000 times in other threads. I didn't believe him at first either because ours was so skinny also. Well, I took it on faith and now I agree with him 100%.
Oh, one last thing, nice looking snake!

They grow very slow if not over fed. My female is a year old and she is only 24" and very healthy. I feed her rats and have from day one. I have found that if you mix the big coconut bark and moss together it makes for great bedding. The moss and coconut hold humidity very well and the bark doesnt mold. Your girl if very beautiful I love her colors. Good luck and keep us posted.
