I was surfing the net today and found some awsome baby boys for 200 bucks. I havent has any experience with this kind of snake before so i thought i would post here. Does any 1 have any? are they hard to care for? are they hard to tame or get feeding? any good caresheets on line? Any info would help a lot, Thanks.

Im thinking about gettin one myself really soon. They say that the babies are some times nippy...but with the time and care you should be able to tame it....Its alot of people on here with them im sure, about a year ago I was asking the same questions. Their not that hard to care for from my readings. copy and paste this in on your search bar.... ( http://members.tripod.com/CBearFn/samcare.html) this should help you a bit. Well good luck!

Argentines require slightly lower temps and higher humidity than Colombians. Other than that, they are fairly hardy, grow quickly and get pretty big.
I will say that $200 for a baby is quite expensive. They should be about $75 - $125 (even back in 08/02.. that is quite high)

200 is way to much. They are great boas. Get a big water bowl the love to soak. Mine would ALWAYS hiss but Rarely key word there rarely ever strike. They are beautifull snakes. They do get big for a boa and seem to be more heavy bodied then other boas. All in all great snakes
