So unfortunate that they died... I'm glad to hear there were 2 survivors.
I'm just curious, who ever sold/gave you the snake, why did he do it if he thought it was gravid?
An incubator? Giving advice that your unclear on could cause a great amount of problems. Bleeding knows better than to throw in live boas into an incubator but the next person might not. Every pic shows a live boa so I don't understand how you came up with the incubator idea in the first place.
I don't want sound harsh and I don't know everything by far, but this could have turned out very wrong.
CONGRATS AGAIN
Hope it turns out for the better with the last 2

Congrats on the live ones. I am glad to hear the mother was ok when you took her out. When my RTB gave birth she was crazy when I took her out. She was hissing and biting like crazy, she was very mad.

the girl who gave it back to me had her in with her male, and they had been mating off and on. which you would think obviously means she must be gravid, however when we felt her up, there was nothing, usually when you feel gravid snakes you feel *bump bump bump bump bump* or something close to that. she had nothing. it was weird.
on the 2 that made it, their patterning is so weird. on the high pink one, there are like perfect little circles all the way down its back, and on the darker one, there are like lines all the way down.

Ooo! What a surprise! Beautiful babies. Good luck with them.
This is a good thread with some good advice I'll use for when I have baby boas later in the future.

For the three that are still good, you need to put them in an incubator with about 85 F temp and vermiculute beddding.
I suggest also keeping them damp not too wet though the ones that are fertile.
Read this for more help! http://www.ballpython.ca/gallery/eggs_out.html
Good luck!
