Do you happen to have a digital camera? I'm trying to picture it and so far I can't Since they have a seperate hole to breath through he won't suffocate. (If his tounge is bent backwards then its not in his breathing hole. Sorry I dont know what its called. ) I have never a snakes tounge bent backwards. Are you sure he hasnt lost his tounge somehow??

spend more time on getting the snake tongue out and less typeing I would say we have giving you enough info to get the tongue out
