Hey, nice piercings! So it hurt? I'm surprised, since so many people have them. I'm not allowed facial piercings, but yours look good--- I'm jealous!

My nose is only a 16g. I think it hurt cause it's a thick piercing, gotta shove harder.... my brow tongue and lobes didn't hurt at all... I even pierced my lobes with a 10 then went immediately to an 8

Cool, what are your ear plans? (Are you gauging them?) For some reason, I don't have much luck healing anything to do w/ my ears-- and other piercings are fine.
Billy-- ummm.... noses are not the same as nipples, hehe.

LOL when I get my nipples done they're staying at a 14g man.. no sagging nip nips for me. Tee hee.... I'm going to TRY and stay at either a 4g or 2g on the lobes, but I'll most likely end up at a 0g at least.... then i'm doing 16 up top, to 14, to 12, to 10, etc.... So they're small getting bigger on the way down to the lobes, does that make sense? lol It makes sense to me, but you never know.

i miss my piercings... i was up to 9 at one point, not including 9 "regular" ones in my ears! but yours look great, girl! i never had my nostril pierced, but i've heard it's more painful than one would expect. i think it has something to do with cartilage... i have a rook in my left ear and that was the most painful of all my piercings (nipples included).

I have 12's in my nipples... but don't plan on more than that. I changed them to those from the 14's b/c somehow the 14's suddenly didn't look substantial enough. IMO, the best part about gauging your ears is that the larger jewelry is so much cooler! There's way ore to choose from... my favorite is www.tribalectic.com-- they've got great stuff there.

unfortunately i am unable to have anything visible, because of vthe carrer path i choose. so i keep i my piercing and tats under my clothes. also your skin does not sag if you keep it nice and tight with a good work out program. i have had 10s in my nipps for 6 years now. unfortunatly last summer, one of my bosses noticed my nipps one day when i came in to pick up my check. #$%^$%^$%^$%^& tank tops. now i get harassed constantly.

LOL Dontcha hate it when they find out? I'm lucky I landed the job I have... Since I like working retail and all... Hot Topic is a good place for me. I have uh, 11 piercings to go for now... until I decide on others. It's about times for tats, I think I'm going to start on my shoulder piece soon.

Aw, you're lucky to work at a body-mod friendly place, StopStaring! Not to mention great store. For some reason at Starbucks they don't want you wearing more than 2 earrings per ear and have no visible tattoo or facial piercings. Nice, huh? I solved the 2 earring per ear problem by using 2 circular barbells in each ear.... they take care of 4 holes.
11 piercings left? Wow, you're more ambitious than I am.... I only plan on 6 more or so. hee, maybe 8 (who knows? )

HEY hey hey, I am by NO means snobby, and neither are any of the people I work with... we all enjoy our jobs because we can be ourselves, and it's not our fault that the stuff is overpriced

I never said you were snobby, nor did I say it was your fault hot topic is over priced.
It was a general statement.
I try to be open about hot topics, and go to as many as possible in different locations. For the most part, I've noticed the employees are rude, snooty, and a bit stand offish if you don't meet their 'standards' [asthetically speaking] which is pretty bad for business, in my opinion. I do find it pretty amusing to hear the employees make remarks about certain customers 'not looking like a true fan of [insert random band name here]...or muttering things about 'posers'....it's just not a great chain of stores, in my opinion....I know I sound like a whiney little teen angst filled snot who has some massive grudge against hot topic because I've been hassled...but I haven't. I just don't like the way they treat their customers...and the whole 'I work at hot topic, so I'm better than you' attitude they all seem to have...it is fun to try and make the stuck up losers cry, though.
But cheers to you, if you like it.

i shop there cuz i dig the clothes... if they're having a sale, that is. but that's more my lack of money than their being over-priced (comparatively speaking... EVERYTHING seems over-priced to me). i know what howdy is talking about though with the employee attitude thing. if i go in after work and am dressed nice and have my hair done up proper, i won't get any service unless i ask for it. sometimes i even get funny or cold looks. BUT... if i go in wearing a tanktop so that all my tattoos show, and my usual baggy jeans, everyone in the store is always more than welcome to do anything for me that i might need. it's relatively irritating, but it's not everybody that works there that is like that, i have to admit. but to be honest, if i was working in a mall and had to deal with all the kids coming in just to gawk at the "freaky stuff" and buying t-shirts for bands they've never heard before just to be cool, i might get a little bitter, too.
