What kind of monitor? How big a monitor? How big an enclosure? What is enclosure made of?

I prefer heat pannels for everything, they give off heat over a more distributed area without making "hot" spots leaving a majority of the tank cooler such as with bulbs and ceramic heat emitters. For the bottom flexwatt hooked up to a reostat does the trick.
