Savvy Ackie

My Ridgetail is a bit smart.

He knows most days he gets let out of his viv and gets to roam my room for a few hours, going back to his viv to bask every little while...

Oh sure he thinks that his frantic clawing at the glass in the corner eventually results in it 'magically' opening...

He'll start clawing a bit after he wakes up, which wakes me up, so i have to let him out or go insane.

That isn't the problem...

The problem is, rather than soil his 'house' he'll wait to have a crap on my bedroom carpet.

Clever boy.

So... can Ackies be trained to use a tray outside the viv or do i have to perpetually follow him around with a spoon and some disinfectant?
